Your treatment is conducted with a genuine interest in the problems you face; along with the confidence you need to explore the current difficult and painful aspects of life.

Depression and anxiety can be a result from separation, loss of a loved one, a career setback, physical illness, or a very charged parent-child situation. Questions of expectation and satisfaction are explored by talking listening, and acting on your perceptions in a safe and supportive environment.

You as the patient are active by addressing your thoughts, feelings, and behavior in order to understand those inner conflicts and your reduce stress.”
