“I believe that people are generally capable of overcoming obstacles in their lives, but sometimes they need help with finding the right tools. I provide hope, encouragement, insight, and guidance so that my clients can find their path to happiness. My goal for clients is to help them become more effective, insightful, self-confident, and successful at overcoming future hurdles in their own lives and in their relationships.

I am passionate about relationships - especially marriage and family relationships. I learned a great deal from Les & Leslie Parrott, relationship experts at Seattle Pacific University, and I hope to impact the world by starting with our homes and families.

I am a creative and energetic problem-solver, and I bring a warm environment to my practice. I often use humor in sessions to provide a safe and comfortable atmosphere for growth.”
