At this point, I am seeking clients who want to work via online sessions. My practice includes providing psychotherapy for adolescents and adults. I provide individual, group, couples and conjoint therapy. I work primarily within the Internal Family Sytems (IFS) model. This includes working with your unique gifts and potentials, your deepest fears, conflicts and concerns, your past history, your present situations, your relationships, your future goals and dreams, and, if relevant to you, your spiritual self.
My specialties range from working with anxiety and depression to PTSD and severe mental disorders, including personality disorders. More specifically, I work with your belief systems and thought patterns, your emotional patterns, and behavioral concerns. Your psycho-spiritual concerns are also a focus.
I work within what is referred to as teletherapy, that is through media such as online services and telephone. I am looking to expand my work with clients through video-conferencing, which allows me to work with you anywhere in the three states I am licensed in, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and California.
