INDIVIDUALS: I am a gently inquisitive, interactive, and compassionate listener. Depending upon your needs, we may explore what issues arise in relationships, with exploration of earlier wounding, to learn how these wounds effect your current attitudes and actions in your relationships and life.
TEENS and CHILDREN: When working with teens and children I use a combination of talk therapy and play therapy. Play therapy could include Sandplay, art, clay, etc. With kids and teens, the issues I work the most with are self-esteem, identity, developmental and external transitions.
