Many years of professional practice blended with my own life experiences have given me empathy and understanding that assist me in my relationships with my clients and in identifying with them what is needed to enhance healing and recovery. I am a nurse practitioner in psychiatry and mental health with a focus on depression, anxiety, life transitions, end of life issues, substance use and medication management. I see both individuals and couples. I am licensed as a psychotherapist and a psychopharmacologist to prescribe medications for various issues including depression, anxiety and sleep difficulties.
