I help clients learn to make healthy lifestyle choices; and assist those with more serious mental health concerns. Since 2002, I've provided high quality psychological care to clients in Hawaii - and now nationwide via Telehealth. I utilize a problem-solving, solution focused approach. I teach my clients new, more adaptive coping skills to help improve relationships with others as well as with 'self'. Therapy can be conducted individually, as a couple, or with the entire family. Length of treatment depends upon the therapeutic concerns.

I am also a Certified Educator using New York Times Best Selling Author, Dr. John Gottman's "Seven Principles for Making Marriage Work" treatment approach.
