A private psychotherapist, working in Vacaville (25+ years). Becoming aware of the the deeper problems and practicing honesty with yourself and others, allows growth and change. I offer a non-judgmental, private space to explore concerning issues and look at alternative ways to view things, create change or accept situations with more ease.
I have recently narrowed down my practice. I’m working mainly with adults on issues such as depression, traumas, anxiety and chronic pain; ife's transitions with aging, adjustments to medical diagnosis, women's challenges, weight problems, abuse, and bereavement. I provide therapy primarily through Telehealth, or in-office for high risk clients.
