“I am dedicated to helping individuals and their families achieve balance, especially in times of transition. My approach is holistic and I utilize unique methods for each client. My younger clients see me as a mentor, and greatly benefit from the logical sounding board I provide. I have a passion for working with adolescents and their families, young adults, and with women's issues. I am dedicated to creating a safe, therapeutic environment to work through presenting issues, difficulty adjusting to transitions, problematic behaviors, and assisting in family communication.
My unique background has provided me with the ability work with a variety of populations. I am also experienced in working with Spectrum Disorders and adoption/attachment issues. As a Neurogistics Practitioner I have the ability to assist individuals and parents in understanding the science brain chemistry.
My practice integrates traditional approaches with alternative forms of treatment. By giving clients choices in their treatment, I have found that they are more invested in the therapeutic process and real growth occurs.”
