“When you need help with difficult life challenges, trauma, loss, illness, or moving forward with personal goals, I provide the right support, tools and guidance to help you effectively. My mission is to enhance the ability of individuals to live a life of purpose, creativity and optimum health. Using a positive and optimistic approach, I support a spiritually oriented process in which your innate wisdom is powerfully engaged towards resolution and healing. I provide services that are helpful to highly functional as well as deeply troubled individuals.

I am specially trained in treating trauma disorders such as Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and Dissociative Disorder, Depression and Anxiety, and Thought Disorders (which we all may suffer to a degree). I have received training in Levels I and II of EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing)

I love what I do. I happily and proudly work with persons from all walks of life including those of the lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender/transsexual communities. I look forward to meeting you!”
