I provide a safe, respectful environment using a variety of approaches to blend empathy, education, and encouragement. Therapy does not have to be an experience of reliving your pain and struggles. My clients appreciate being in a warm setting where laughter and creativity is a vital component of healing.
I welcome working with individuals, couples, and family members of all ages. I have flexible hours, including evenings and occasionally weekends. I will gladly attend school meetings or connect with others who are important members of your support system. If necessary and my schedule allows it, I can meet you in your home or community.
