I am a psychotherapist with over 15 years of experience in the mental health field. I provide services to adults and couples. I specialize in treating depression, anxiety, PTSD/trauma, addiction and severe mental illnesses such as bi-polar disorder and schizophrenia. I address a wide range of life challenges including destructive relationships, serious illness and job stress. My approach to treatment begins with providing a comfortable environment. To help you feel comfortable, I like to go at your own pace and work on whatever you want to work on.
I am a sensitive and non-judgmental listener who will work very hard to understand your thoughts, feelings and conflicts. By helping you to say as much as you can, we can work together to solve real problems, stop destructive patterns and increase self-awareness, self-acceptance and self-respect.
I have great enthusiasm for creativity and education and have helped many artists and students. I also provide home-based therapy for clients who are homebound for medical or psychiatric reasons. My intake process is simple and quick. I accept multiple insurances to help you with your payment.
