I work with couples and individuals who are struggling with their own life issues. The focus can be on relationships, work, economics, sexuality, children, family, etc. There is often some depression, or anxiety. Changes are addressed easily, naturally with techniques that are easy to use and maintain. My compassionate, caring approach helps you to address your concerns more easily.
I also work with survivors of abuse - sexual abuse, verbal abuse, emotional abuse. Other grief work includes the death of a child, a loved one, a parent.
My years of experience are my best assets for you and your life situations.
Trained in Marriage and Family Therapy, with almost 30 years of experience, I have four intensive years working with a Rape Crisis Center which began my trauma therapy training. My continuing education includes: Family Therapy, trauma treatment, Internal Family Systems Therapy, Gestalt therapy, mood disorders, depression, anxiety, stress, PTSD, etc.
