“I have an interest in working with couples, children, teens, and adults who are experiencing stress and conflict in their personal relationships. I have expertise in treating couples and family conflict, anxiety, depression, ADHD (child/teen/adult), oppositional behaviors and anger related problems. Treatment techniques include cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and family system dynamics. My practice is limited to Saturdays and some evenings. I only accept self pay or health saving accounts (HSA) which is helpful for individuals who want to maintain utmost confidentiality and prefer not to have a mental health diagnosis. I use a sliding fee scale.
My specialty is conflict management and factors related to interpersonal stress and discord. Services include counseling, coaching, team building, training, and mediation for individuals, couples, families and organizations. I also provide confidential conflict coaching for executive level and management staff who need an objective and supportive perspective regarding their leadership skills.
I have learned that the challenges of dealing with conflict are the source of many personal, couple/marital, family and organizational problems. Conflict is often avoided in relationships due to its negative connotations. However successful conflict management can be the key to problem resolution, personal growth and improved relationships.”
