There are times in life when it is difficult to believe that you will reach your goals or have the future for which you had hoped. Decisions made in the past or challenging life situations too often can lead to self doubt, low self esteem and a feeling of loneliness. I am extremely successful in helping my clients identify the negative thoughts, patterns and life experiences that interfere with happiness and peace of mind. I help you implement the best plan and strategies for meeting your goals and feeling in control of the direction in which your life is headed.
If there are troublesome relationship issues , I use strategies for identifying and remedying patterns that are undermining having a healthy relationship. If there is a difficult life situation as a divorce, I will provide resources and skills training for more effective coping. I utilize a positive psychology, cognitive/behavioral approach.
I have special expertise for working with people involved in litigation, especially in a divorce process or professional misconduct. I utilize resources and skills building to help my client understand how best to cope with their experience and the difficulties involved in engaging in an adversarial process.

Baby Boomer group begins Nov. 8, 2009, 40 - 60 year old singles, separated, divorced or widowed. Sessions provide help with how to cope with family holidays, loneliness, your roller coaster of emotions, court involved situations, financial pressures and single and blended parenting dilemmas. CBT, insight and skills building strategies will be part of a Wellness model used for helping members access support networks, psycho-educational resources, and more effective single and blended parenting skills. The Wellness group model promotes effective, healthier coping strategies for life's difficult challenges, while building a new, more fulfilling and enriched quality of life.
