How will you know when you don't need to come here anymore? We explore together where the client is at in their journey and what is working and not working for them. I then help the Client to identify what they want to have different in their life and collaborate with them to develop the plan of how to achieve it. My focus is on balance and moderation in all areas of life. I work with clients via telemedicine sessions for both talk therapy & EMDR. My primary specialties are working with people with eating disorders, addictions, anxiety and depression. I also work with disordered eating to develop a healthier relationship with food. Since I am both a Registered Dietitian & Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist, I can integrate both aspects into the work we do together. I also do EMDR via telemedicine.
Since I have worked in the medical field for 29 years, I have a more extensive medical background to better understand the medical conditions (like eating disorders, diabetes, heart disease, cancer) a person may have that impacts their lives & their relationships.
