I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and a certified EMDR therapist. I work with adults, couples, and adolescents and believe that my training has been helpful in facilitating growth in my clients. I am a certified EMDR therapist with extensive experience helping individuals with traumatic, challenging past experiences which are contributing to current unhappiness in their life. With EMDR I can help you change the negative symptoms and beliefs into positive, productive ones enabling you to live the life you're meant to be living.
