Despite your best attempts to take good care of yourself and be happy, do you find yourself in the same destructive behaviors and same relationship problems over and over again? Know that you can change. Feeling stuck, anxious and unhappy is your way of telling yourself to pay attention to what is going on inside of you. Many times you may not even be aware of what you are feeling or why you are feeling it. By learning to tune into, tolerate and understand your feelings, you can equip yourself to make new choices for yourself that feel right to you.
My training and education allows me to offer both psychotherapy and psychoanalysis (a more intensive form of therapy aimed at understanding and changing long held behaviors, ways of thinking and feeling that are stopping you from living your best life). Frequency of treatment is determined by need and is usually between one and five times weekly.
You don’t have to suffer with overwhelming feelings and painful patterns of living alone. Your feelings are valid and important. I can help you learn to tolerate, understand and use your feelings to better understand yourself and others. I look forward to working with you and helping you build the life that you desire, from the inside out.
