I see individuals, couples, adolescents and families in private sessions and facilitate GROUPS for preteen, adolescent girls as well as women of all ages. I help people who feel depressed and lonely, feel joyful and hopeful. I help people who feel fearful and anxious, feel safe and secure. I help people adjust to the difficult changes that life sometimes presents.
Helping people become all they can be is my purpose and my passion. Everything you need to become the best version of yourself is already within you. I will be available to you and help launch you into new possibilities whether you are in middle school, high school, a parent, a wife or husband, or a single adult. I look forward to talking to you!
