My treatment approach is integrative with a distinct focus on acquiring new skills, building on strengths and incorporating techniques that will be most helpful for each client. I use Cognitive Behavioral Techniques (CBT), Solution Focused and Emotionally Focused Therapy in my work with adolescents, adults, couples and families.
I specialize in working with couples who are feeling disconnected, isolated, unloved, frustrated, and lack intimacy in their relationship. My goal for couples is to provide them with a road map of strengths and growth areas, skill-based tools to help them develop a mutually satisfying relationships.
