Each client is unique regardless of the issue which motivates therapy. Meeting with individuals or couples, I work to clarify goals and generate 'action-items'. I don't tell you what to do or what is wrong with you. I help you identify what you want and what you need to accomplish that. I help you retrieve desired resource experiences from your learning history and get them available in the current life contexts where you need them. My role includes serving as a 'translator' for couples as I help each one hear and understand what the other is trying to say.
I often use hypnotherapy to review options, detail goals, & resolve trauma. You achieve a heightened state of empowered awareness. It's as easy as taking a nice, deep, breath and riding the wave inward with curiosity about what you can learn. It can help with impulse control,anxiety, stress, pain, childbirth.
I facilitate people taking control of the many things they can control with improved choices in how they regard themselves and others with extreme compassion, tenderness, and love that grows social and emotional connection.
