Hear My Voice
"Honoring Our Sheroes: Women in Military" Women veterans supporting women veterans in a safe space. A 90-minute women's group to provide therapeutic support for women that served or are serving who just need a safe nonmilitary or VA affiliated place to grow. The group will provide new or enhanced knowledge of how to be more cognitively aware through witnessing behaviors or somatic experiences. Starting April 7 at 6pm. Facilitated by an USAF veteran & Reservist, Julianne Randles, APCC. Fee $55 a session. Call to schedule 760 942-8663 (8 participants max). Location: 12396 World Trade Dr., San Diego, CA.
