I am a licensed clinical social worker who works with adolescents (14+), young adults, adults, and families in discovering positive and effective solutions to better manage anxiety, depression, and life transitions. My therapeutic approach is based on an interactive, warm, and nonjudgemental relationship in which we can work together to help you develop more personal insight, improve your communication skills, interrupt self-destructive patterns, and feel more confident.
I have extensive experience in helping people cope with complex relationship difficulties (peer conflict, fractured family issues, separation/divorce, social isolation, and intimacy issues on all levels), anxiety, depression, addictions, family challenges, separation/divorce, and career challenges.
I have completed Post-Master's Certificate Programs in Adolescent Therapy and Advanced Clinical Therapy from NYU, as well as in Clinical Supervision from Fordham University.
