I serve both FLORIDA and TEXAS clients. My passion is to assist my clients with identifying any barriers to healthy relationships. I believe this is a therapeutic process built on trust, hope and caring so that there can be healing and genuine change that transfers to the real world. My 27 years of experience have equipped me with such specialties as military issues, marital conflicts, anxiety & depression, narcissism, addictions, sexual, emotional & physical abuse, PTSD (including sex trafficking), families in crisis (Including with children as young as 9 years of age), grief & loss, and bipolar disorder.
I have had the privilege to come along side people from many different cultures, races, gender identities, and ages. I spent many years living overseas and have been involved with crisis counseling with children, adults, and couples.
I tailor the type of therapy to your needs, but some of my range of counseling modalities include CBT, EMDR, Gottman and Solution-Based therapies, faith-based or secular techniques.
