Identity concerns, relationship difficulties, and career or academic related changes may all bring on varying degrees of confusion, loss, anxiety, and depression. I take a collaborative approach in working with clients to move successfully through such challenges. This interpersonal approach provides the flexibility for you to find your way through current transitions, and to assist you in gaining insight into possible patterns and roadblocks, in order to create sustainable change in your life.
As a licensed psychologist, national trainer, and former director of graduate counseling programs at the University of Pennsylvania, I have the knowledge and experience to assist young adults, adults, and older individuals. I work well with men, women and people of various identities including religious, race, ethnic, sexual & gender identities.
I am also Executive Director of Grad School Coaching & work with clients around the country to successfully apply, interview, & select the best graduate & professional programs for your interests & needs.
