In order to reach our potential in life we need to be able to access our feelings as well as our thoughts. Our needs and wants are based on both. I teach the skills that are designed to clarify feelings and thoughts in order to help my clients reach their goals.
I work with both men and women going through transitions in relationships, job changes, medical challenges or other personal crises. Part of therapy includes working with my clients to help them develop their own social and support network of friends, potential friends and family that are so important to continued success in the future.
