Treatment planning is a collaborative experience between the client and therapist. I assist clients in exploring the origins of their distress and breaking self defeating habits and thoughts. My primary office is The Counseling and Wellness Center in Berkeley Heights NJ , and surrounding areas I also do therapy via the internet thru Skype and FaceTime
I can assist you many issues. Treatment modalities include both traditional, cognitive/behavioral techniques(CBT), as well as short term action oriented techniques, and newer spiritual/holistic experiences.
