People come to me looking for a better life experience. I believe that we all have inside of us the knowledge we need to meet all our needs, but sometimes accessing that knowledge can be a challenge. Often we repeat self defeating behaviors we have learned that once helped us cope with fears and anxiety, but are no longer working. I have helped many people identify behaviors and beliefs that stand between them and their dreams. Once you have learned to move past them, we will design and execute a vision that fulfills your spirit.
Some of the obstacles my clients endure include substance abuse, depression, anxiety, poor relations with others, past trauma and lack of personal and professional direction. These all include their own unique behaviors and beliefs that frustrate us and delay our success.
In addition to abundant professional experience and training, I possess a vast history of personal challenges and accomplishments that provide perspectives which cannot be taught. This also helps me to offer a very deep level of understanding that provides great comfort to my clients.
