While many of us did not experience that deep connection and secure attachment earlier in our lives due to caretakers who were not optimally available to us because of their own unmet needs, preoccupations and human frailties. I am dedicated to providing that kind of secure attachment for you NOW. Out of this secure base, you CAN become the "best that you can be."
Since every therapist and client "dyad" is unique, I work to find the best ways to suit each individual. Psychodynamic, family systems, humanistic,cognitive, intersubjectivity, self psychology, and relational stancesmake up some of the therapeutic "palette."

The group members are invited to bring in or share their work each week and get personal support-NOT CRITIQUES-and inspiration. "Artist's" include people who use any media. Writers, painters, actors, musicians, etc.
