Ms. Ann Walton

Clinical Social Work/Therapist , LCSW , LAC

(970) 614-5968
I work specifically with issues which impact a person's quality of life. These include depression and other mood disorders, substance abuse, chronic poor coping skills, relationship problems, work stressors and career mentoring. I am trained in DBT and EMDR to help patients struggling with emotion regulation and trauma achieve more functional lives.
I am a licensed addictions counselor (LAC)and work with all types of addictions. I have done the intensive training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and both levels of EMDR, which is a very effective treatment for trauma. Therefore I can work with clients struggling with more than one issue.
