In helping to work through anxiety and depression my approach fosters greater self-awareness as a means toward overcoming harmful behavioral and emotional repetitions. My clients are typically professionals or students struggling with stress and transitional issues.
In addition to my general practice, I help address the needs of high-functioning people with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Persons with ASD struggle with pervasive social, emotional, and cognitive challenges and they respond positively to therapies that include the use of behavior strategies.
