I see myself as a life consultant and partner in change. Clients working with me are tired of feeling stuck in behaviors or emotional ruts that don't afford them freedom to live well. Trying new things, taking risks and experimenting with new ways of thinking, feeling and behaving are all part of the coaching. The client who sees me is ready, willing and, even if a bit scared, ready to find a centered self. I work both through talk and experiential, intersectional models. I am proficient in helping folks with grief, anxiety, body image issues and most life transitions. Life is hard and support and challenge can make it easier.
My specialty areas are people struggling with Eating Issues, Anxiety/OCD and Grief. There are no limits to the growth and change possible when confronting living in ones body and accepting one's strength. This is true whether facing body image concerns, embodied grief. I take a HAES approach do Health Coaching and Life Coaching as well.
I am an intersectional, trauma informed clinician. I work with the identities in the room that both I and my clients present. My joy is to help people open new pathways of hope and make desired changes. I welcome an email or call.

Groups
Single-Parent Coaching
Utilizing Life Coaching Strategies this 4 session group will begin online In June, 2021. We will meet on Sunday evenings from 8-9:30pm. Accepting up to 6 members, we will set goals for self-care, increasing attachment with boundaries (WHAT? You Got It!), making realistic goals for home/work/child(ren)/self and implement support mechanisms.

Eating Disorder Recovery Group
Currently we have two openings for our Eating Disorder Group. Looking for someone between 30-60ish, professional, not currently using behaviors that would require a higher level of care and wants to join a solid group of people trying to make peace with body image and relationship with yourself. This group meets online and is currently comprised of cisgender women, but open to other genders.
