It is also an avenue to manage your depression, anxiety or other emotional distress. I'm interested in your long-term growth and will assist you in identifying unconscious processes that make it difficult for you to move forward with success in your relationships, work and other endeavors.
I work from an interpersonal/relational perspective in which we will observe interactions between us with honesty and compassion. Much of what you experience in the world may be replicated in the consultation room and working through your patterns with me can be life changing and transformative.
