My specialty is helping find out what matters to you, what brings YOU happiness and figuring out how to get there. Sometimes it just takes a few sessions to smash a limiting belief; other times we have to heal the past and release it so that you can move on. In relationships, often it is the communication that needs a bit of help.

There are masters degree therapists (LMHC, LMSW, LMFT) but few actual DOCTORS of psychology. I graduated magna cum laude from Rollins College with degrees in Philosophy and Psychology. I have a Master's Degree & a Doctorate Degree in Psychology. I have been invited to speak at Harvard Faculty Club multiple times. I am also a trauma certified psychologist.
