I have over 30 years of counseling experience and have been in private practice in the Dayton area since 1990 providing caring, non-judgmental counseling for individuals, families and children. My background and training includes a variety of training: Gestalt, Cognitive Behavioral, Jungian Approaches and Sand Tray therapy.
- I understand the marital issues facing couples in all stages of their marriage and help couples work to keep their relationship fresh and meaningful.
- I support, encourage and guide individuals struggling with symptoms of depression, anxiety, stress, transitions and grief.
- I often guide parents through the difficult task of parenting.
