With over two decades of experience, I have treated issues not limited to: anxiety, co-dependency, recovery, life transitions, chronic illness, abuse, childhood disorders, divorce, co-parenting, and depression.
I specialize in a collaborative and integrative approach that focuses on awareness of life patterns, builds on strengths, and develops new coping strategies. I see adults, children, pre-teens, and families. I work closely with parents, and practice non-directive play therapy as an adjunct to parent education.
What distinguishes my practice is a personalized manner in addressing struggles experienced with difficult life transitions and nurturing emotional growth for moving forward. I believe our collaboration together will be key to facing challenges. My ethnic background also contributes to therapeutic work with Asian Americans and multicultural individuals.
