The Daring Way™

The Daring Way™ is a psychoeducational group based on the research of Brené Brown and her NYTimes #1 Bestsellers "Daring Greatly" and "The Gifts of Imperfection." As a Certified Daring Way™ Facilitator (CDWF) I offer groups in two formats: two hours a week for eight weeks (daytime and evening groups available), or 8 hours a day for two days. If you want to tame your shame, embrace your imperfection, find the power in your inadequacy, and Show Up, Be Seen, Live Brave™ call me.
