I have worked with individual adults for over 20 years. My office is in a private setting with your comfort in mind. My approach is eclectic, utilizing cognitive behavioral therapy, interpersonal counseling and insight therapy. We will establish your goals for change in a collaborative process.
I accept some insurance and self-pay. My office hours are Monday through Wednesday. I meet with clients in my office and via videoconferencing.
