Anxiety is like a fingerprint. Each person is unique. Some people worry a lot about a bunch of things, others have obsessive or sticky thoughts about certain things, and some people fear very specific things like flying or social embarrassment. Others may struggle with body or somatic concerns - like fear of cancer or fear that if they stop monitoring their breath they may stop breathing.
