From the moment a teenager or young adult becomes my client, I am dedicated to providing expert, optimal care as well as empathy and accessibility. As a psychotherapist and an advocate, my collaboration with additional health providers, psychiatrists and school administrators and educators is often pivotal to my clients' success.
I work from a family systems approach. I believe that my role as therapist is to enhance the fit between my clients and all of the systems affecting them. I measure success in how a teen can balance those important areas of family, school, friends, spirituality, and work.
During our sessions, I will work with you to reach an understanding of the factors that affect you. Together, we will identify your strengths, create new ones, and find solutions to help you lead a fulfilling life.
