For this reason, I take a holistic, whole person approach in my therapy work with clients. I enjoy helping clients improve and maximize total health and wellness.
I am certified in the Enneagram personality style tool. For interested clients, this tool can be used to facilitate increased understanding of oneself, increased understanding of one’s relationships, and increased personal growth. Additionally, I am Certified in Technology Assisted Services and have been doing teletherapy for a number of years now.
