I'm a licensed clinical counselor with a PhD in Counseling Studies, and training in psychotherapy, transpersonal therapy, energy psychology and EMDR. My goal is to help you understand the experiences, feelings and beliefs that are depleting you, so you might re-discover and develop your strengths and who you really are.
As an integrative clinical counselor, I combine psychotherapy with holistic counseling to help you better understand how all parts of your life--your thoughts, health, relationships, emotions, and work--can act together to transform pain, reduce symptoms, and create the life you want.
