Taking your first step to get counseling can be difficult and I would love to walk with you through this process of personal growth. We all have our struggles, and I aim to help you through this difficult time by encouraging you and equipping within a safe, non-judgmental atmosphere. I counsel females ages 18+ with a variety of issues including (but not limited to): anger, anxiety, career, depression, relationship problems, self-esteem, self-harm, trauma, and spiritual difficulties. I specialize in trauma and am a certified Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapist. Because PTSD and other trauma related disorders include anxiety and depression symptoms, much of my therapy work involves these areas as well. I also specialize in Exposure & Response Prevention Therapy. I am in process of training a therapy dog!

While I am a Christian counselor, I recognize that not all clients share this faith and may or may not be open to exploring their spirituality. I adapt my approach to meet the needs of each client. I understand it can be difficult to invite someone into the hardest places of your life - it would be an honor for me to walk with you on this journey.
