I directed InnerSource, A Center for Psychotherapy and Healing in Annapolis for 30 yrs. I enjoy working with individuals and couples. I specialize in "Voice Dialogue, Relationships, and the Psychology of Selves," a powerful modality for consciousness and transformation. I published a book and an audio book called:"LASTING Transformation: A Guide to Navigating Life's Journey", which provides a road map that offers important insights and effective strategies for developing a strong self, fulfilling relationships, and deep soul-wisdom. This process of transformation can result in a powerful, positive change in your life.
I offer groups, seminars and beach retreats. I directed the Marriage and Family Counseling Clinic in San Diego and the Family Group Institute in San Francisco, was author of the column, "Dear Dr. Abby," and host of a cable TV show, "All About Women and the People in Their Lives." As I am not taking new clients, my book/audio book can be a wonderful resource.
