As a strength-based, solution-focused provider, it is my purpose to help you gain awareness and control of thoughts, feelings, and possibly actions that prevent you from living the life you seek. Through culturally sensitive, compassionate, client-centered care, I will help you identify and reach your goals regardless of what they may be.

Over two decades of experience as a Pre-K School Administrator and K-12 School Counselor has given me valuable insight to help you overcome a vast array of issues. In addition, clinical experience treating children, adolescents and adults has allowed me to develop a wide reperoire of culturally sensitive, client-centered strategies to address your needs.

As your counselor, I will help establish a safe, non-judgmental and healing space that will allow us to collaboratively work towards healthy change in all aspects of your life.
