I specialize in marriage counseling and in treating anxiety, depression, grief, abuse, relationship issues, parenting, low self-esteem, work challenges, life coaching, and more. Additionally, I have specialized training in abuse and trauma for both women and men.
I utilize eclectic methods including CBT, supportive counseling, relaxation training, coaching and others.
