I help people overcome the challenges they face in everyday life - challenges relating to work or school, mood, stress, relationships, trauma and abuse. If you're not finding satisfaction or joy in life, if you have dreams of something better but you don't know how to get there, if you feel stuck, or if you keep running into mental, emotional, or behavioral blocks, I can help. If you feel like life is out of balance, I can help. Together, we can work to restore that balance. I work with adults and also specialize in helping college/university students.
I incorporate elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness, EMDR and Dialectical Behavior Therapy into my practice to help people achieve and restore balance in their daily lives.
If any of this resonates with you, please contact me and we can set up a call so I can learn a bit more about you and what you are looking for, and we can discuss whether and how I could be of help. Thanks!
