Whether you are dealing with depression, anxiety, illness, relationship struggles, trauma or interested in self exploration, therapy can be an effective step towards finding healing and growth. I come from a humanistic approach, combining traditional psychology with mindfulness-based practices. I bring compassion, curiosity and humor to my therapy practice. As a couple therapist, I help you identify negative interaction patterns that undermine the security of the relationship. I encourage couples to engage in communication and emotional expression that will promote closeness and intimacy. When both partners feel acknowledged and secure, more satisfying interaction patterns can develop.
