I have experience and confidence working with a myriad of mental health disorders. I work with couples struggling with relationship issues such as infidelity, parenting or communication, or who are finding themselves emotionally disconnected. I also work with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety or trauma, often from unresolved childhood issues.
I love what I do for a living, I have a passion for encouraging and facilitating personal growth. In addition to years of professional experience, I have 60 plus years of life experience which inform my understand of the life transitions my clients are experiencing.
