Life presents normal yet challenging events to all. My professional goal is to assist you in developing a better understanding of your problems and work towards personal growth. My role is that of a co-explorer, and I aim to provide a safe, secure, and empathetic environment in which to explore your feelings, worries, and relationships. Psychotherapy and change take time, but while working together we can recognize, enhance, and develop strengths that will be long lasting. Together we will set treatment goals and work toward the development of skills to resolve problems effectively.

Treatment is unique to each individual. Although my background utilizes a relational approach, I incorporate cognitive, behavioral, and mindfulness approaches. I tend to be directive yet with warmth and humor.

I help teens and adults (14 yrs and up) with depression, anxiety, relational difficulties, family issues, academic stressors, and life transitions. I will collaborate with other professionals and school to ensure all your needs are met.
