As an experienced clinical psychologist, I help people with a wide range of problems including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, career stresses, blocks in creativity, and coming to terms with difficult and traumatic life situations. I also provide parenting consultation.
I firmly believe that lasting emotional change is possible. I try to help clients gain insight into themselves and their problems and acquire better tools to deal with them.
My style as a therapist is thoughtful, warm and engaging. My approach is direct and collaborative, focusing on your strengths, resources and goals for therapy. I help create a comfortable and safe relationship where vulnerable issues can be explored and understood together.
My office is located in the Laurel Heights neighborhood of San Francisco convenient to public transportation. I have some early morning and evening hours available to those with less flexible work schedules. I offer an initial free phone consultation.
